About Us

Patrick O’Neill established O’Neill Litigation Solicitors after 17 years in the profession. Patrick studied law in Trinity College Dublin and the Honorable Society of Kings Inns. Having practised at the bar of Ireland for 10 years he worked offshore in the Caribbean for two years representing some household names in the hospitality industry, before returning to Dublin and working for five years in a top tier law firm. Patrick has represented clients at all levels of the court structure in Ireland and latterly handled complex litigation on behalf of a large state agency for three years. Patrick has a depth of experience spanning the civil and criminal spheres including representing plaintiffs and defendants in personal injuries litigation, representing defendants in complex multi-jurisdictional criminal matters, prosecuting regulatory breaches on behalf of  state bodies and representing the interests of vulnerable children. Additionally, Patrick holds an Advanced Diploma in Applied Employment Law.
